The Federal Technology Solutions (FTS) team is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Analyst to support critical government initiatives. Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Design: Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems, ensuring alignment with NIST compliance standards and agency mission goals.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all systems adhere to federal security policies.
- Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for critical system outages, providing technical leadership and rapid resolution strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical jargon into clear, actionable insights for government stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Certifications: Active Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain) and certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or PMP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and modern programming languages (Python/Java).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
