Responsibilities
- Perform exhaustive fundamental research and bottom-up analysis on global mid-to-large cap equities.
- Construct and maintain sophisticated multi-scenario financial models to evaluate company valuations.
- Synthesize complex market data into clear, actionable investment memos for senior stakeholders.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives of target companies to assess management quality and strategic vision.
- Lead the monitoring of portfolio companies and provide real-time updates on earnings, news flows, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the quantitative research team to integrate ESG metrics and alternative data sets into the investment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or asset management.
- CFA Charterholder or progression toward the designation is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a STEM field from a top-tier institution.
- Expert-level proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and advanced Excel modeling (VBA/Python is a plus).
- Demonstrated track record of making successful investment recommendations in a professional environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex theses to the Investment Committee.
