Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of interior design projects from conceptualization to final installation.
- Develop detailed space plans, elevations, and custom furniture designs.
- Manage client presentations, material selection, and procurement tracking.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, MEP engineers, and external contractors.
- Ensure all design elements comply with ADA standards and local building codes.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee the quality of technical drawing sets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in luxury residential or boutique commercial design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong grasp of FF&E specifications and custom millwork detailing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead high-stakes client meetings.
- NCIDQ certification or professional licensure (RA) is highly preferred.
