Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution for luxury residential and boutique commercial projects
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless implementation
- Drive sustainable design solutions while maintaining aesthetic excellence
- Manage client relationships and project timelines within budget constraints
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of interior architecture experience with portfolio showcasing high-end projects
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Interior Design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred
- Deep understanding of NYC building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and material expertise
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
