Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines for high-profile urban developments
- Integrate sustainable materials and smart building technologies in all designs
- Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design quality and innovation standards
- Develop compelling 3D visualizations and presentation materials for stakeholder reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural or interior design
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury residential or commercial spaces
- Proven track record of managing projects over $5M
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to spatial ergonomics
