Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from conceptualization and schematic design through to construction documentation and project delivery.
- Develop detailed interior designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, and concept renderings for client approvals.
- Select and specify high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with project budgets and sustainability goals.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is faithfully executed on-site.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to the team.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within a high-end residential or commercial sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in spatial design, color theory, and materiality.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
