Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural projects from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and construction drawings using Revit and Rhino
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior architects and design interns
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with building codes
- Present designs to clients and stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural design
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or NCARB certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ completed signature projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Passion for sustainable design and urban innovation
