Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed 2D/3D plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Source and curate premium materials, furniture, and finishes
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for seamless execution
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design excellence
- Present compelling design narratives to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- NCIDQ certification required
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury projects and spatial innovation
- Expert proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and regulations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
