Responsibilities
- Lead interior design concepts from initial schematic phase through to final installation.
- Develop detailed construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are aligned with design vision and project budgets.
- Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure design integrity.
- Direct junior designers and coordinate with external architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and finish schedules.
- Lead on-site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in luxury residential or high-end hospitality design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/V-Ray.
- Deep understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and industry standard construction practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end projects and technical detailing expertise.
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills for client presentations.
- NCIDQ certification or professional licensure (RA) is highly preferred.
