Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from concept development to project execution
- Develop detailed design documentation including FF&E specifications and material palettes
- Manage client relationships through all project phases ensuring exceptional service
- Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams for seamless project integration
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design quality and team productivity
- Conduct site visits and prepare construction administration documentation
- Research emerging design trends and sustainable materials to innovate our practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of progressive interior design experience in commercial/hospitality sectors
- NCIDQ certification required with LEED AP BD+C preferred
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio showcasing large-scale, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines exceeding $1M
