Responsibilities
- Lead the interior design process from conceptualization through to construction administration.
- Develop detailed design packages including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Manage material selection, furniture procurement, and custom millwork design.
- Present design concepts and project updates directly to high-profile clients.
- Oversee site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor junior design staff and promote a collaborative studio culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-end commercial or luxury residential design.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape or V-Ray.
- Deep knowledge of interior detailing, material sourcing, and FF&E specification.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional visual communication and client presentation skills.
- NCIDQ certification or LEED AP accreditation is strongly preferred.
