Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects for high-profile residential and commercial clients
- Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications
- Conduct site visits and oversee installation phases for quality assurance
- Mentor junior designers and foster innovative design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of professional interior design experience with luxury residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative residential and commercial designs
- Exceptional client relationship and project management skills
- Deep knowledge of sustainable materials and NYC building codes
