Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from initial conceptualization through schematic design to final documentation.
- Develop comprehensive FF&E packages, including custom furniture design and high-end sourcing.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, contractors, and external consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Direct the production of detailed construction sets, millwork details, and elevations.
- Conduct site visits and manage client presentations with poise and professional authority.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee the quality control of internal design deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of professional experience in a boutique or high-end design firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/V-Ray.
- Deep understanding of building codes, ADA regulations, and construction administration protocols.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a refined, modern design sensibility and technical rigor.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure preferred.
