You will work alongside award-winning architects and design consultants to bring complex concepts to fruition from schematic design through final installation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle for premium residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop detailed design documentation, space plans, and 3D visualizations using Revit and Enscape.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and specialized artisans to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage material sourcing, furniture selection, and custom millwork specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality control and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Mentor junior designers and support the studio's collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in high-end luxury interiors.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, ADA standards, and local NYC zoning regulations.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a refined, modern design aesthetic.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
