Responsibilities
- Lead interior design concepts for high-end commercial and luxury residential projects.
- Develop comprehensive design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and RCPs.
- Manage end-to-end FF&E selection, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Directly oversee client presentations and design narrative storytelling.
- Coordinate with MEP and structural engineering teams to ensure design integrity.
- Mentor junior design staff and review technical drawing sets for quality control.
- Conduct site visits and manage construction administration to ensure design intent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in a high-end interior design firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape.
- Deep knowledge of luxury interior finishes, sustainable materials, and furniture sourcing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end hospitality or luxury residential projects.
- NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure (preferred).
- Exceptional verbal communication and project management capabilities.
