We specialize in high-end hospitality and luxury residential projects that push the boundaries of modern aesthetics.
As a key member of our creative unit, you will lead projects from conceptualization to final installation, working closely with clients to translate their aspirations into breathtaking realities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual development and design direction for multi-million dollar luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects.
- Produce comprehensive drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and intricate millwork details.
- Direct the selection and sourcing of high-end furniture, fabrics, materials, and lighting fixtures.
- Manage the procurement process, including tracking lead times, budgets, and client-facing communication.
- Oversee on-site installations, coordinating with contractors, architects, and specialized craftspeople.
- Mentor junior design staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Develop detailed 3D renderings and high-impact presentations for client milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in high-end interior design environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape or V-Ray.
- Deep understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and FF&E procurement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential or commercial design expertise.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and budgets with high precision.
