Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and material palettes
- Manage client relationships and project timelines with precision
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and architectural teams
- Maintain strict adherence to building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and present concepts to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Design
- 8+ years of luxury residential/commercial design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ certification or equivalent professional credential
- Portfolio showcasing high-end hospitality or residential projects
- Expertise in FF&E specification and custom fabrication sourcing
- Strong project management and client presentation skills
