Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed design documentation including FF&E specifications and material palettes
- Manage client relationships and project timelines while maintaining budget integrity
- Conduct site analysis and create compelling 3D visualizations using Revit and SketchUp
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Research emerging design trends and sustainable materials to inform project proposals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 5+ years of experience
- NCIDQ certification required; LEED AP preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and commercial projects
- Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders
