Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects for high-profile residential and commercial clients
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative team culture
- Stay current with emerging trends, materials, and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ certification or equivalent professional credentials
- Proven portfolio demonstrating high-end residential/commercial projects
- Exceptional spatial planning, material sourcing, and budget management skills
- Strong client relationship management and presentation abilities
- Experience with LEED certification processes
