In this pivotal role, you will lead the design process from concept to completion, managing high-profile client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class interiors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand identity.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Conduct site visits and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Source and specify high-quality materials, furniture, and fixtures while adhering to sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity during construction.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a design firm or architectural studio.
- A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and 3D rendering tools (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Interior Design or Architecture license (preferred).
