Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to installation
- Develop detailed design plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Source and curate premium materials and furnishings
- Maintain compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and interns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of luxury residential/hospitality design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ or equivalent professional certification
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of Miami design trends and local vendors
