- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to resolve design challenges and optimize project flow.
- Select and specify high-quality materials, finishes, and furniture that align with the project’s aesthetic and budget.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing technical feedback and fostering a collaborative creative environment.
- Present design proposals and progress reports to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of project types (residential, hospitality, retail, or corporate).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical clients.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect registration in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
