Responsibilities
- Lead interior architectural design from conceptual phase through construction documentation.
- Develop comprehensive FF&E specifications, millwork details, and lighting plans.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Manage client expectations through presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Oversee site inspections and quality control during the installation phase.
- Mentor junior designers and review technical drawing packages for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in luxury residential or commercial hospitality design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong grasp of 3D modeling software such as Rhino or SketchUp with V-Ray/Enscape.
- Deep understanding of construction detailing, building codes, and local ADA compliance.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated design aesthetic and technical rigor.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
