Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle for premium residential and boutique hospitality projects.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
- Curate high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) packages that align with client aesthetics.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, general contractors, and specialized artisans on-site.
- Review construction progress to ensure strict adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Manage client expectations and project timelines with a proactive and professional approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in high-end luxury interiors.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction details, millwork, and lighting design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure preferred.
