Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project budgets exceeding $2M
- Develop innovative material palettes with sustainability focus
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors)
- Present design concepts to high-profile stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews
- Ensure compliance with ADA, IBC, and local building codes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Interior Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of hospitality/residential design experience
- NCIDQ certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of Florida building codes
- LEED AP or WELL AP accreditation preferred
- Experience with FF&E specification and procurement
