Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from conceptualization to implementation
- Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct site visits and resolve on-site design challenges proactively
- Mentor junior designers and maintain project documentation standards
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design methodologies
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 8+ years of experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and hospitality projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of Singaporean building codes and BCA regulations
- LEED/AP or WELL accreditation preferred
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and material knowledge
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for client interactions
- Experience with international project delivery across Asia
