Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from initial concept through construction documentation.
- Develop detailed space plans, elevations, and high-quality 3D renderings using industry-standard software.
- Manage vendor relationships, material procurement, and bespoke furniture specification.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide technical oversight on construction detailing.
- Prepare and present professional pitch decks and design proposals for high-net-worth clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 6+ years of professional experience in high-end interior design or architecture.
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and interior construction detailing.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing high-end commercial or luxury residential project experience.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a professional demeanor.
- NCIDQ certification or AIA licensure is highly preferred.
