Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from concept to installation
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers
- Manage client relationships and project timelines/budgets
- Research and specify sustainable materials and finishes
- Produce 3D renderings and design presentations
- Mentor junior designers and interns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of progressive design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential/commercial work
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and ADA compliance
- Experience with FF&E specification and procurement
