Responsibilities
- Lead complex interior design projects from initial brief through to construction administration.
- Produce high-fidelity 3D renderings and comprehensive documentation packages using Revit and Enscape.
- Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage material sourcing, furniture selection, and custom millwork detailing.
- Mentor junior design staff and oversee the quality control of deliverables.
- Coordinate with municipal agencies to ensure all designs meet NYC building codes and zoning requirements.
- Conduct on-site inspections to oversee installation and fit-out phases.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in luxury residential or commercial sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/V-Ray.
- Deep understanding of NYC building codes, ADA accessibility, and zoning regulations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end interior detailing and custom furniture design.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- NCIDQ or AIA licensure preferred but not required.
