Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual development and technical documentation for luxury interior projects.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, lighting designers, and specialized contractors.
- Oversee site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are meticulously met.
- Manage client presentations and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Develop detailed 3D visualizations and complex technical floor plans using Revit.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, high-performance studio culture.
- Source bespoke materials, finishes, and custom furniture pieces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in a high-end design firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated aesthetic range and technical acumen.
- Deep knowledge of interior detailing, construction methods, and material sourcing.
- Exceptional verbal communication and client management skills.
- NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred but not required.
