  • Deep understanding of NYC building codes, ADA requirements, and standard construction practices.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating high-end residential or commercial luxury projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing scenarios.
  • NCIDQ certification or Architectural Licensure is strongly preferred.
