Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and spatial planning for residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Present design concepts and technical drawings to clients, ensuring their vision is accurately translated.
- Source and select high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project budgets and timelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflow coordination within the design team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior architecture or residential design.
- Professional qualification (RIBA, RIAS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical drawing skills and conceptual design capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
