Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual development and design documentation for luxury commercial and residential interiors.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial client briefings to final site inspections.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, lighting designers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using industry-leading software.
- Curate material palettes, furniture selections, and bespoke fixtures that align with project budgets.
- Present design concepts to high-net-worth clients with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
- Supervise junior design staff to ensure high-quality output and project alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a high-end interior architecture or design firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated technical detailing and spatial planning.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, construction materials, and furniture specifications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing environments.
- NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure is strongly preferred.
