Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed design documentation, construction drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants)
- Manage client relationships and project budgets
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers and drive design excellence
- Stay current with sustainable design practices and NYC building codes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
- 8+ years of progressive interior architecture experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NYS Architectural License required
- Exceptional spatial problem-solving and material expertise
- Proven track record in managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
