Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed 2D/3D plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution
- Conduct client consultations and present design solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 7+ years of progressive experience in high-end interior projects
- Proficiency in design software (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite)
- NCIDQ or registered architect license preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential/commercial expertise
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and material knowledge
- Proven track record of managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
