Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation
- Create innovative space plans, 3D visualizations, and material palettes
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Develop and maintain project budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of progressive design experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- NCIDQ certification required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative spatial solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
