Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed design documentation including construction drawings, specifications, and material palettes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors)
- Conduct client presentations and manage project timelines/budgets
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design practices
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of professional interior architecture experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential/commercial projects
- NCIDQ or AIA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and problem-solving abilities
