Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to installation
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and material specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and clients
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and foster innovative design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury and sustainable design projects
- NYS Architectural License or NCIDQ certification
- Exceptional client presentation and project management skills
