As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive projects from conceptualization through to construction administration, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex interior architecture projects, from schematic design to final site inspection.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and custom millwork drawings.
- Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, contractors, and vendors to maintain design integrity.
- Manage client expectations and project presentations with high-level visual communication.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee the production of high-quality 3D renderings and material boards.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee procurement processes and site visits to ensure precision in execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 6+ years of professional experience, ideally within a high-end luxury design firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical drawing ability and refined aesthetic sense.
- Deep knowledge of luxury furniture, lighting, and finishes sourcing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
