Responsibilities
- Analyze complex commercial and personal insurance applications to assess risk exposure accurately

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive underwriting experience with commercial or specialty lines
- Professional designation (CPCU, AU, or ARM) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in insurance software (Guidewire, Duck Creek) and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment methodologies and policy structuring
- Exceptional analytical thinking and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Valid state insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
