Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience with P&C focus

- Proven track record in managing large commercial accounts ($1M+ premiums)
- Expert knowledge of Illinois insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, AU) preferred
