Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; CPCU or AU designation preferred
- 7+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience with property/casualty focus
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and actuarial principles
- Proficiency in underwriting platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek) and data analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to articulate complex risk concepts
- Proven track record of profitable portfolio management
- Knowledge of Illinois insurance regulations and compliance requirements
