Responsibilities

- Mentor junior underwriters and process improvement initiatives
- Leverage AI-powered platforms for risk assessment optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- CPCU, ARM, or AU designation preferred
- Proficiency in Guidewire and Duck Creek systems
- Advanced knowledge of NY insurance regulations
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with catastrophe modeling software
