- Analyze commercial property insurance applications using advanced risk assessment methodologies

- Maintain compliance with state and federal insurance regulations
- Mentor junior underwriters while maintaining underwriting authority

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial property underwriting experience
- CPCU or ARM designation strongly preferred
- Proficiency in underwriting software (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
- Deep understanding of ISO rating methodologies and exposure bases
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record in complex risk evaluation
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
