Responsibilities
- Analyze complex insurance applications to assess risk factors and determine policy terms
- Develop innovative underwriting strategies for high-value commercial and personal lines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive underwriting experience with P&C or specialty lines
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and insurance regulations
- Proficiency in underwriting software (Guidewire, Duck Creek) and data analytics
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to articulate complex risk concepts
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or CIC) required
- Proven track record of developing profitable underwriting portfolios
