Responsibilities
- Analyze complex commercial insurance applications and financial data to assess risk exposure
- Design tailored insurance solutions for multinational corporations and high-net-worth clients
- Lead underwriting committees and negotiate terms with brokers and clients
- Develop predictive risk models using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools
- Maintain compliance with NYDFS regulations and international insurance standards
- Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to departmental innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience with P&C specialty
- CCRP, CPCU, or ARM professional certification required
- Expertise in cyber, D&O, and E&O insurance products
- Advanced proficiency in insurance software (Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Proven track record in managing $50M+ premium portfolios
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in predictive modeling
