Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience with technology/cyber specialization
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or AU) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in underwriting software and predictive analytics tools
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to structure complex policies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- Experience with ESG risk assessment frameworks
