Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience with P&L responsibility
- Professional designation (CPCU, ARM, or CIR) preferred
- Expertise in property/casualty and specialty lines coverage
- Advanced proficiency in insurance management systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Strong negotiation skills with multi-million dollar portfolio experience
- Knowledge of NY insurance regulations and compliance requirements
