Responsibilities
- Develop advanced risk assessment models for property/casualty and life insurance portfolios
- Analyze emerging market trends to identify new risk vectors and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to refine underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies
- Create executive dashboards visualizing portfolio performance and exposure metrics
- Mentor junior analysts on regulatory compliance (MAS/FSA) and best practices
- Partner with product development teams to design innovative risk transfer solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years' experience in insurance risk assessment with P&C or life specialties
- Advanced proficiency in R, Python, and SAS for statistical modeling
- Deep knowledge of IFRS 17 and Solvency II frameworks
- Relevant professional certifications (FCAS, ASA, CERA, or PRM)
- Proven track record of developing predictive analytics solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
