- Lead regulatory compliance initiatives including Solvency II and IFRS 17 implementation
- Mentor junior analysts and present risk insights to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation in catastrophe modeling and climate risk integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in insurance risk analysis or underwriting
- Advanced proficiency in SAS, R, or Python with statistical modeling expertise
- Professional designation (CERA, FRM, or CPCU) preferred
- Deep understanding of insurance regulations and market dynamics
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Experience with reinsurance treaties and treaty administration
